| Payment | Due before order is dispatched and payable by cheque, money order or credit card unless otherwise organised. Title to all goods sold and delivered to the customer shall remain the property of Creative Leather Binding until such time as the monies due from the customer to the supplier are paid. Should any payment be in default the customer acknowledges that they will be responsible for all costs incurred in recovery of any amount unpaid by the due date and further will pay all commissions and professional fees incurred in the recovery of any amounts in default and further acknowledges that all costs will be treated as a liquidated debt and agrees to be bound by these conditions. Accounts may be applied for at the discretion of Creative Leather Binding and all statements must be paid fully by the due date. Any discrepancies should be aired before payment date stated on the statement . Failure to pay the full amount by the due date or presentation of a dishonoured cheque may result in the termination of the credit facility. Dishonoured cheques will incur a $15.00 fee each time, to compensate for Bank Charges and administration costs. |

| GST | Prices shown include GST. GST will be charged at the prevailing rate. | ||
| Claims | All claims for errors or faulty merchandise must be made within 14 days after receipt of goods and faulty merchandise returned before a refund is given. Creative Leather Binding will replace any product if defective in workmanship or materials. This does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, misuse or accidents. |

| Returns | No returns on Bound albums are available if made to your specifications. For orders not received on a Creative Leather Binding order form we can accept no responsibility for the specifications of the album. Other items may be returned if in a saleable condition and if prior permission is obtained. No credits raised for goods sent in error until goods are returned. |

| Freight | Freight charges are payable by the customer. | ||
| Photographs | When mounting photos supplied by our customer every care is taken to ensure it is cropped and handled correctly but we take no responsibility for any photographs supplied to us for either damage or loss. | ||
